The mission of Women of CHESA is to enlighten women as to the varied career paths that exist within the Media & Entertainment technology industry; empower more women with the ability to better advance their employers’ business objectives; and enable women to realize personal goals through success in the field they’ve chosen.
We work to share and highlight the stories and backgrounds of
women in any role within M&E from entry level to leadership. We provide information and resources with our mentorship offerings, community/college outreach, like-minded partners, scholarship programs, events, and more. We leverage these resources to provide a vast network of professionals in support of those both entering or already within the workforce. We strive to enlighten women on the various career paths that exist within M&E and encourage them to explore our field as an employment option not often viewed as an opportunity.
